Terms of service

The agreement

These terms cover your use of agentleFS. By using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you are confirming you may do so.

Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the content you put into agentleFS or connect to it. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store your content, index it so it can be found, and show it to the people you have given access to.

That permission ends when you ask us to erase the content, or when you close your organization. Deleting a document withdraws it from use immediately and keeps it recoverable by you; erasure is the separate request described in the privacy policy.

Using it reasonably

Do not use agentleFS to break the law, to store content you have no right to, or to attack the service or the people using it. Do not try to reach content you were not granted.

You are responsible for what the people and agents in your organization do with your account.

Availability

We work to keep agentleFS running and will tell you about planned interruptions where we can. The service is provided as-is, without warranty, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending it

You can stop using agentleFS at any time. To close your organization and have its content removed, write to privacy@agentlefs.com. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

Changes

If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the product where the change is significant.
